My journey in Jiu-Jitsu began in 1995, during the foundational years of the sport’s global expansion. With over 30 years on the mats, I have witnessed the evolution of Jiu-Jitsu firsthand. My technical foundation is rooted in the highest level of excellence, having received my Black Belt from the legendary Fábio Gurgel and Fernando "Soluço" Di Pierro.
As a 4th Degree Black Belt, I bridge the gap between the "old school" grit of the mid-90s and the sophisticated technical mastery of the modern era.

I believe a coach must lead by example. My technical approach is refined by decades of elite-level competition, ensuring that the systems taught at Rock Sports Club are battle-tested:

* 2x IBJJF European Champion: Two-time Gold Medalist at the European Championships in the Master divisions.

In 2016, I founded Rock Sports Club (RSC) to provide a "rock-solid" home for the martial arts community in Athens.
This club is more than just a gym to me—it is a labor of love built with the unwavering support and help of my wife and children. Because RSC was built as a family, we treat every student who walks through our doors as part of that same family.
